Dear Potential Mosaic Movers,
We’re excited to introduce Mosaic Movement, a new dance intensive built for and by emerging artists in our community. This event will be led by the current second-year cohort at The Bridge Movement, a post-secondary dance program based in South Orange and New York City directed by Stacey Tookey, Calen Kurka, Anna Marchisello, and Heather Lang. The program brings in leading choreographers, instructors, and artists from around the world, offering training in ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, tap, theatre, and neuromuscular modalities.
Inspired by what we have learned throughout our training, Mosaic Movement was created as a way to share that knowledge with the next generation of dancers. Our philosophy is simple: through training in everything, you can become anything.
